Create an Image of Your Workstation

There is a new feature in Windows Vista Business, Ultimate and Enterprise Editions that allow you to not only backup files, but make a complete copy, or image, of your hard drive. The copy will include the Operating System, Installed programs, etc. Here's how you can use this new feature:

1. Go to the Start Search menu.

2. Type 'backup' and press Enter.

3. Select 'backup computer'.

This feature will allow you to burn the image(s) to a DVD.

Please Note: This is not a replacement for a centralized backup solution or tape backup drives.
