Our new database provides us with an array of information about our clients and neat tools to speed up our processes. It used to take us as long as 8 hours to produce a large case renewal. Today, we can pump out at least 3 per day. Small renewals could take 1.5 hours. I timed it today and it took 20 minutes!!!"
